There are rooms for rent in this spacious 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a generous 100 m² footprint on Via Antonio Roiti, in Portuense. This apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, including everything you need to start cooking. The shared bathroom is well-appointed and modern, including a bath over the shower, sink and toilet.
There is a supermarket just down the road from this apartment, and there are plenty of other stores so all the essentials are within walking distance. There are also several restaurants nearby, and the Università Degli Studi Roma Tre - Dipartimento di Ingegneria is only a 15-minute walk away.
Room description
Bedroom 3 has a double bed, desk and plenty of storage including a huge wardrobe. This room also has private balcony access, which looks out onto the street.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- The John Cabot University campus is easily accessible by public transport.
- The beautiful Basilica Papale San Paolo fuori le Mura is only a 20-minute walk away, and is next to Parco Schuster.
- There is plenty of storage throughout the apartment.
