This 80 m², 2-bedroom apartment has a furnished room to rent that overlooks a courtyard. The landlady also lives in the apartment, and you will share with her a fully equiped kitchen with a dishwasher and the bathroom.
The apartment is located in a very nice neighbourhood that is well connected by public transport. Via Tuscolana, one of the most important roads in Rome, is nearby and you will find shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Room description
Bedroom 1 has a television and single bed that can be converted into a double bed. The room has been recently renovated and offers good storage space, a stylish desk and has nice paintings decorating the walls.

- The rentable room overlooks a courtyard, making it quiet.
