This two bedroom apartment has one bedroom available for rent, ideal for female couples or friends, as it features twin beds, plenty of storage and a beautiful balcony exterior view. You will be sharing the bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a living area with the landlord, a friendly woman in her 60s. As you will be located near the tramway station, you will have easy access to the city centre. The area of the apartment is 70m2.

- The apartment features plenty of books and is beautifully decorated throughout.
- The bedroom has an excellent balcony, with great 7th floor views of the surrounding area. Perfect for sunbathing!
- We really like the various records on the kitchen/living room wall. Music lovers will be thrilled!
- The kitchen is small, also featuring a living room, but it's fully furnished. You will have access to a small balcony with a view of the interior courtyard.
- We really like the freshly renovated bathroom - it features a large mirror, along with a cosy bath and a washing machine.
- The neighborhood of San Lorenzo is at once lively and charming- you'll be living in one of the most popular areas of Rome!
Things to keep in mind
- There is some construction being done in the area below the kitchen balcony, however, the apartment has double glazed windows, so you won't be bothered by the noise.
