Based on Via dei Coronari, this wonderful 1 bedroom apartment for rent is located just a short walk away from the city centre as well as the Vatican. Equipped with an air conditioning system, this apartment consist of a beautiful open plan kitchen with a living area, a relaxing bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bathroom with a shower. Each room features plenty of storage space and all utility bills are included in the rental price. You will be surrounded by historical churches and chic cafes, as well as several bus stations, allowing you to easily reach Termini Station and other parts of the city. The area of the apartment is 50m2.

- You will have easy access to the city centre as well as the Vatican and Universita LUMSA.
- Air conditioning is provided, perfect for those staying in Rome over the summer.
- The entrance of the apartment is located inside a quiet courtyard, providing plenty of space to store your bike.
- This quiet apartment has a wonderful open plan kitchen with a comfortable living area and a colourful dining table.
- You will be provided with plenty of storage space in every room.
- To suit those on a budget, all utility bills are included in the rent.
