An elegant 1 bedroom apartment for rent in the neighbourhood of Parioli. This exquisite exterior flat receives lots of natural light and has a large balcony overlooking the street. It also features a modern kitchen, 1 bathroom and a large living area with a flat screen TV. This 60 sqm apartment is located on Via Archimede, in one of the most elegant areas in Rome. This lovely neighbourhood features several green spaces including Villa Borghese, Villa Ada and Villa Glori. You'll also find a wide selection of restaurants and bars to keep you quite occupied! The historical city centre is approximately 20 minutes away using public transport.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is equipped with refined antique furniture, creating a sophisticated living space.
- The sun-drenched balcony has gorgeous views over the neighborhood of Parlioli, specifically the Via Archimede and Villa Glori park.
- The spacious living area is furnished with a sofa, a TV and a dining table.
- You will also find a desk and a large bookcase situated in one corner of this room, making it an ideal space to work or study.
- You will be situated right next to the Auditorium Parco della Musica, a public space that hosts not only musical events but also classes and workshops.
- The elegant bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and 2 bedside tables with lamps, allowing you to read a book in bed before going to sleep.
- The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, including a microwave, a gas stove and an oven.
