The apartment for rent, nestled in the heart of this beautiful district, has 2 bedrooms- one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds-, a living room, and a separate dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new refrigerator, oven, and microwave and the dining room has a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. All in all, this completely equipped apartment with A/C units in every room is perfect for anyone looking to get the most of their stay in Rome by integrating into the heart of Roman culture! The total area of this property is 85 m2.
What we liked the most
- There are A/C units for heating and cooling to keep tenants comfortable all year long. This will be an appreciated touch during the hot summer months of Rome!
- The neighborhood in which the apartment is located is one of the most upscale, authentic, and lovely districts of Rome.
- The apartment is extremely luminous; the white walls reflect the abundant natural light that enters through the windows, illuminating the whole property.
- There is a separate dining room furnished with a big dining table and a big flat-screen TV with a DVD player. Tenants can watch a movie while they enjoy a home cooked meal!
- There is a big kitchen, complete with an oven and a new refrigerator, where tenants can test out newly learned Italian recipes.
