This two bedroom, one bathroom apartment is located on Via Ferdinando Galiani in the district of Tor di Quinto. This picturesque neighborhood, situated to the north of the historic center of Rome, is mostly residential and as such maintains a very calm atmosphere. With lots of parks and green areas, families, couples, and professionals will love living in this tranquil district. The apartment would also be ideal for students who seek a more low-key option to the busy city life. The area of the property 60 m2.
What we liked the most
- The decor of the apartment is very detailed; the first bathroom is bright and colorful, while bedroom 2 uses a darker color scheme for a sophisticated look.
- The kitchen is well-equipped and has an A/C unit.
- The whole apartment is exterior, so you get a lot of light.
- Bedroom 2 is furnished with a double sofa bed and a flat screen TV; perfect for watching a movie before going to bed.
Things to keep in mind
- Though not shown at the time of our visit, bedroom 1 will be furnished with a wardrobe and a double bed.
- There isn't a living room, but there is dining space in the kitchen.
