This charming 2-bedroom apartment on Via Pietro Menga in Portunese has 1 bathroom and 2 spacious balconies. The property offers an open plan kitchen and living area with a large couch that can be converted into a bed, dining table, dishwasher, oven, and stove-top. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed with access to its own private balcony. while bedroom 2 has a single bed and access to the shared balcony.
Buses are the best form of public transport in this area, however, there are also train and Metro stations accessible by walking or by bus. Opposite the building a marketplace runs every day until noon and nearby are all the things you'll need including supermarkets, shops and restaurants.
What we liked the most
- Bedroom 1 has a large, built-in wardrobe, giving you a lot of storage space.
- The apartment is located very close to the River Tiber, a nice place for a scenic walk.
- There is a public library nearby if you need a new book to read.
- Both bedrooms and living area have AC and heating to keep you at a comfortable temperature year-round.
- Bedroom 2 has a desk which may be good for student or professionals to study or work from home.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is not fully equipped and you will need to bring your own pots, pans and utensils.
- The TV featured in the video and pictures will not be there when you move in.
