This spacious 4-bedroom apartment for rent on Via Cesare Zavattini is on the 4th floor. To the right of the front door is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen. It has a dining table with chairs and a glass door to a large balcony. This balcony can also be accessed by one of the four double bedrooms. One of the other bedrooms also has a semi-enclosed balcony, and all of them have a desk and chair. There isn’t a living room, but there are two bathrooms. One comes with a tub and the other has a shower cabinet.
The Bufalotta neighborhood is located to the northeast of the city center. It’s a very green area, and you’re close to the Marcigliana Nature Reserve. If you enjoy outdoor activities, there is a horse riding school just 15 minutes away. If you prefer working out, there are two gyms within a 10-minute walk. The area isn’t hopping with restaurants, but you’ll find a few nearby. It does have a lot of shops, though. Dima Shopping Bufalotta is 15 minutes away and Porta di Roma shopping is a 20-minute bus ride away.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is fully equipped and has access to one of the balconies.
- Most of the bedrooms are spacious.
- There are two bathrooms.
- You’re near a couple of malls and grocery stores.
