This spacious 1-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment is located on Via Stefano Borgia in the peaceful area of Primavalle. The furnished 50 m² space has a large open plan kitchen and living area, which opens out onto a quiet private balcony. The bedroom has a double bed and a desk for personal study, as well as plenty of storage space.
Primavalle is a peaceful place to live, and is close to some of the beautiful urban parks that Rome has to explore.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood outside the city centre, but close to transport and local shops.
- The kitchen has a range of modern appliances including an oven, dishwasher and a stovetop cooker.
- The apartment has a private balcony.
- The bathroom has a bathtub, bidet and washing machine.
- There is AC and central heating to keep you comfortable throughout the year.
Things to keep in mind
- Wi-Fi is not installed, so you will have to arrange this service if you require it.
- Although the balcony does not overlook the street, this is an exterior apartment.
