This 1-bedroom apartment on Via Achille Tedeschi, in Tiburtina, is 75 m² and comes equipped with central heating. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and opens out onto a balcony with lovely views. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a balcony, and a living area which can be converted into a 2nd bedroom if desired.
The apartment is located in a nice residential neighbourhood, within walking distance of Roma Tiburtina station. You will find shops and restaurants in the area surrounding the apartment, and Via Tiburtina, one of the area's main commercial streets, is a 7-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The landlord can change the furniture in the living area to convert it into a bedroom is desired by the tenant.
- There is plenty of storage space throughout
