This 1-bedroom apartment on Viale dello Scalo di San Lorenzo, in the neighbourhood of San Lorenzo, is 50 m² and comes equipped with central heating. The fully furnished property has a fully tiled bathroom, equipped kitchen with a dining table, and a bedroom with a spacious wardrobe.
San Lorenzo is known for its vibrant bar scene, ad will make an excellent base to explore Rome. You will find a supermarket a 5-minute walk away and the area has shops, restaurants as well as good transport links to travel around the city.
What we liked the most
- The bedroom is furnished with a sofa bed, double bed and an AC unit.
- The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials.
- There is plenty of storage space for your personal items
- Sapienza University of Rome is a 15-minute walk away.
- Th tram stops right outside the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- Wi-Fi is not installed, so you will have to arrange this service if you require it.
- The bidet was broken at the time of our visit, but this will be fixed by the time the tenants move in.
