We love this colourful, 50 m², 1-bedroom apartment which is available to rent in San Lorenzo. The best feature is without a doubt the roof terrace—you can just imagine sitting out here in summer, indulging in an aperitivo, while watching the sun set over the classical Roman buildings, admiring views of the distant mountains. The rest of the apartment is equally as appealing, with a spacious living room and a mezzanine bedroom.
San Lorenzo is a vibrant area with a excellent bars and places to eat and great connections to the city centre. You can walk to the Sapienza university in just a few minutes.
What we liked the most
- We would rent this apartment for the romantic roof terrace and views alone.
- The terrace has a kitchen area so you can have barbecues.
- There is lots of space in this classically Italian apartment.
- The living room has AC as well as a ceiling fan.
- San Lorenzo is a really vibrant area with great transport and close proximity to the Sapienza university.
