This 120 m², 3-bedroom apartment for rent offers a spacious home for families or groups of friends. All the rooms come with either balcony access or large windows, which ensures that they receive plenty of light. There are 2 dining areas – a table in the living room and one in the kitchen. Both the living room and kitchen have balcony access, which keeps the space bright and airy. There is 1 full bathroom to share.
The apartment is located near the district of Pigneto. Outside of the city centre, this area is popular for its lively atmosphere. Pigneto is a student-friendly neighbourhood, but you can also find plenty of families, who choose it for its safety and also its proximity to various parks.
What we liked the most
- Large windows in each room keep the apartment bright and airy.
- The kitchen, the living room, and some of the bedrooms have balcony access.
- The living room is a large open space furnished with 2 couches, shelving, storage, a dining table, and a TV.
- There is extra built-in storage in the corridor.
- The kitchen has a gas stove, oven, double sink, washing machine, and dining table.
- The neighbourhood is very lively and connected to the rest of Rome by bus, tram, and metro.
