On the 3rd floor of a building in Āgenskalns, this 45 m² studio has a unique wooden design from the floor to the ceiling. There are slanted portions that add to the coziness of the property and big windows that keep it filled with sunlight. The studio has a sofa, small dining table, and equipped kitchenette. For storage, you have a built-in coat rack and a standalone wardrobe.
Āgenskalns is a district located on the western bank of the Daugava River. This neighborhood is quieter and greener than the city center, but has a life all its own. Many locals come here to escape the busy city streets and enjoy the scenery. You can find several parks scattered throughout and streets lined with charming wooden houses. On Pārslas iela, you have a tram stop nearby and a commercial street just a few minutes' walk away.
