This central studio apartment on Dzirnavu iela, in Cenrs is fully furnished in a modern fashion, equipped with a flat screen TV, double bed and a washing machine. The 36m² flat consists of an open plan bedroom, basic kitchen, and living room, and a separate bathroom.
The apartment is located in a lively neighborhood, home to the shopping arcade Bergs Bazaar, which houses some 140 small shops and restaurants - this is a great area of the city for shopping! Nearby is also the Vērmanes garden and Esplanāde park, perfect to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Public transport options are vast and all within a 10-minute walk.
What we liked the most
- The many windows and skylights make the space feel bright and open.
- There is central heating to keep you warm during the cold weather.
- The apartment's location is close to transport and amenities.
- The flat screen television can be enjoyed from a comfortable sofa.
- There is an outside courtyard available for the tenants use.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is very basic and does not have an oven or stove, but there is a microwave and electric kettle.
- The refrigerator is only half-sized, but it is sufficient for 1-2 people.
