There are rooms for rent in this 3-bedroom apartment with live-in landlady on Matīsa iela in Avoti. The apartment is bright and charming with glossy wooden floors. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and is situated next to the bathroom which has a shower/bath with the toilet located in a separate room.
This apartment is beautiful and located in a great area in Riga. The street it is located on has beautiful pastel coloured buildings and also has a church, retail stores and access to a park. There is great public transport in this area that can give you great access to the rest of the city.
Room description
Bedroom 3 is a large room with a comfortable double bed. This is a well-furnished room with a desk, chest of drawers and standalone wardrobe giving you plenty of space to store your belongings.
What we liked the most
- There is a gym around the corner so you can get your daily dose of exercise.
- There is a supermarket just up the road at which you can do your grocery shopping.
- The landlady has a cat, so if you're an animal lover then you're in luck!
- The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you may need to cook and eat.
- This apartment has heating to keep you warm during those winter months.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator and may be hard to access for some people.
- There is no living room in this apartment however there is a dining table in the kitchen.
- There is a cat living in this apartment so may not be suited for someone with allergies.

Flatmates
Living here you will be sharing the apartment with the live-in landlady, and her cat! The landlady is an absolutely lovely woman in her 60's who works as a baker. She is very friendly and talkative and would love to welcome you into her home. Together you could have meals or go for walks in the park.
