It's perfect for students! * Even though the rooms have a single bed, they are very spacious and fully furnished with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. * All the windows of the bedrooms for rent have a view of the interior patio to make sure you have a good night's sleep. * The living room has two cosy sofas and a spacious balcony with an exterior view of the street.

You will also have access to plenty of buses in the area as this is a popular student district.
