A 10-minute walk will take you to beautiful Phoenix Park, a 707-hectare green space offering attractions such as the Ashtown Castle, Dublin Zoo, a cafe and tea rooms. Several bus lines stop within a short walk and you will find a big supermarket only minutes away. You will be sharing this flat with the landlord, a friendly woman in her thirties. Shared areas include a bathroom with a bathtub, a comfortable living area with a dining table, and a kitchen equipped with all you need to cook your meals. You will also have access to a lovely balcony overlooking a green courtyard. The apartment comes with a range of appliances and accessories such as a washer/dryer, a television, electric heating and Wi-Fi. This warm and inviting flat will be a great place to call home!
