(pt) A room is available to rent in this 2-bedroom (plus maid's room), 17th-floor apartment shared with the live-in landlady and her maid and 3 very small and well behaved dogs. The apartment is modern, clean, and fully furnished. The tenant's room has a double bed, use of a balcony, and its own en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and has lots of storage. From the balconies, you will have spectacular views of Business Bay Lake. The live-in maid takes care of all washing, ironing and cleaning - ideal for professionals.
The apartment is located very centrally in Dubai, close to shopping and food in The Dubai Mall, and to tourist attractions such as the Burj Khalifa.
