This furnished 3-bedroom apartment is available for rent on Rua Diogo Afonso, Foz do Douro. This 160 m² property offers a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and the washing machine. The living room is very spacious, and is where you can access the large shared terrace. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 has an ensuite and 3 has access to the balcony. There is 1 shared bathroom and another separate toilet.
Located in the Foz do Douro area, this property is about a 7-minute walk from the beach, and has a fantastic view of the sea from the terrace. There is a supermarket and pharmacy just a 3-minute walk away, and there is a range of public transport within easy walking distance, making it quick and easy to get around. It takes just 20-minutes by bus to get right into the heart of the city.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, and has recently been refurbished.
- The living room offers plenty of seating, as well as a dining table.
- There is a large terrace off the living room and bedroom 3, which offers a fantastic view of the surrounding area.
- Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom, and each bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe.
- There is an ensuite bathroom, a shared bathroom, and another separate toilet.
- This property is really close to the beach, as well as the city centre, so it really has it all.
Things to keep in mind
- The furniture shown (except in the kitchen) belongs to the current tenants, but this can all stay after they move out.
- Smoking is allowed throughout this apartment, and may have been done in the past.
