This affordable studio apartment to rent on Rue Berzélius is on the ground floor. It has a tall windows that overlooks the street. It also has a large wardrobe where you can store your clothing. It’s quite compact, but also practical. There is a single bed and a wall-mounted dining table that can be folded to make more room. The bathroom has a shower cabin, and the kitchen if fully equipped with everything you need. It also includes a washing machine.
Your new apartment is in the eclectic 17th arrondissement. Narrow streets in the Batignolles district, just 10 minutes away, are full of bohemian wine bars and bistros. Place de Clichy square is a 20-minute walk from your door. If you love young hipster crowds, tourists, and trendy cafés and restaurants, this is the place to be. Martin Luther King Park and Ernest Gouin Square are nice little green spaces close by. And there is a bakery and supermarket just up the street.
