This modest studio apartment to rent on Boulevard Victor Hugo is on the ground floor. It has nice flooring and a wide window that allows plenty of natural sunlight into the room. There is a heating unit under the window and there are two wardrobes to store your clothes. It’s furnished with a double sofa bed, coffee table, and a couple of other pieces. The kitchenette is practical and fully equipped. And there is a shower cabin in the room. The toilet room, which has 2 stalls and a sink, is shared with other tenants.
Your new apartment is less than a 10-minute walk away from Arc de Triomphe in Neuilly-sur-Seine. It’s considered one of the most expensive suburbs to live in Paris. Among the upscale restaurants, you’ll discover more affordable eateries, as well as trendy cafés and popular nightclubs. Lido de Paris cabaret is 10 minutes away. The beautiful Bois de Boulogne is a great park to escape from the city. It’s 20 minutes away. And Paris Dauphine University is also only a short walk from your new home.

- You have to share a toilet room, but you have your own shower.
- There is a laundry self service 20 minutes away.
- The property is affordable for this very posh suburb.
