This cool studio apartment to rent on Rue Broussais is on the ground floor and has a terrific garden patio at the entrance. Furnishings are stylish and there the decor has a monochromatic color palette with punchy splashes of yellow. The bathroom is beautifully tiled and has a shower stall. The one-wall kitchen is fully equipped and furnished with a 4-seat dining table. The living space has a sofa bed, a chest of drawers, a TV, and a standalone wardrobe.
Vitry-sur-Seine is just south of the 13th and 14th arrondissements, so your get the best of three neighborhoods living in this location. Your area has some lovely green spaces. Montsouris Park is less than 10 minutes away. You’re off the beaten track, but there are still a few museums and sites like Conduite de l'Aqueduc Romain De Lutèce nearby. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and there is a supermarket 5 minutes away.
