This charming studio is available for rent on Rue de Prony in Paris' 17th arrondissement. This is a quaint studio with a comfortable and well-furnished living/bedroom area. The kitchen is well-equipped and has plenty of storage space and looks over the living room with couch, TV and desk. This couch doubles as a bed and is easy to fold out and store away during the day. From the entrance way you can access a small bathroom, with shower and toilet.
This studio is very close to a Parc Monceau, a beautiful park with ponds and walking pathways. There are also several museums and art galleries nearby which could be fun activities on your days off. There are many restaurants in walking distance which could be good choices on the nights when you don't feel like cooking!
What we liked the most
- There are extra cupboards in the entrance way giving you plenty of extra storage.
- There are adorably printed tiles under the mirror in the bathroom.
- The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you may need to cook.
- Parc Monceau was often painted by Monet!
- There are great public transport links in this area, with several metro stations within walking distance.

- This is a studio and the living area is also the bedroom, however, it makes great use of a small space and is well equipped for comfort.
