This cozy studio apartment for rent on Passage des Postes is on the 1st floor. In the vestibule, as you enter the apartment, there is a shelving unit and a small closet. The space has tile floors and a large window overlooking a calm side street. It’s a practical, open-concept space with the bare essentials, including a sofa bed and side table, as well as a 2-seat dining table and TV. The bathroom has a shower stall and storage. The small kitchenette is fully equipped and includes a fridge, hot plate, and microwave oven.
If you’re a student, you’re in the right place. Your new studio in the 5th arrondissement is located close to a number of schools, including the New Sorbonne University, which is 5 minutes away. Even if you aren’t a student, you’re close to everything you need, like pharmacies, banks, and supermarkets. You also have plenty of entertainment options. There is a cinema and bowling alley nearby.
