This charming studio apartment on Boulevard Richard Lenoir, in Republique, covers an area of 20 m² and has a combined living and sleeping area with a double bed, dining table, and television. The kitchen is separate and comes with all you need to cook. There is also a modern bathroom.
The apartment boasts an excellent location, right by the beautiful Square Jules Ferry and 5 minutes on foot from République. This lively area offers plenty to see and do, including bars, theatres, restaurants and art galleries. You cannot get bored living here!

- There is a window that offers gorgeous street views.
- The apartment receives good natural light.

- The area is very well connected by public transport, making it easy to explore the city.
