Located on the 4th floor of a building in the 17th arrondissement, is this 27 m² studio for rent. The apartment has windows on both ends, which lets in plenty of natural light. The bedroom corner has a double bed, desk, and plenty of storage space. On the other end near the main entrance, you have a walk-through kitchen, equipped with an oven and a dishwasher – rare in studios! The apartment is perfect for 1 or 2 people.
The 17th arrondissement is a charming district known for its bohemian vibe and friendly locals. On Rue de La Jonauière, you have small parks and gardens nearby, as well as a theater and public swimming pool. A few minutes' away you have a Metro and train station, where you can also find a bakery, restaurants, and a grocery store.
