This 3-bedroom house with rooms for rent on Allée Volta is a quiet suburban location south of Paris. Near the front door you’ll find a small toilet room, and the kitchen is across the hall. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a window, and includes a washing machine. It also has a small table with 2 stools where you can have a bite to eat. One of the great features about the house is the solarium. This is the common area. It’s furnished with 2 modern sofas and a dining table, and it overlooks the lovely backyard garden that blooms during the summer. The shared bathroom, which has a shower cabinet, is located on the second floor upstairs.
Vitry-sur-Seine is a suburb that is south of the city center. Your new home is on a quiet street located 20 minutes from the Seine. If you’re looking for something to do, there is an ice skating rink and a public swimming pool 10 minutes away. Nearby, you’ll find a gym and a shopping mall. Pick up a fresh baguette at Petit Eric bakery up the street. Grab some saucisson at the Boucherie Balzac AVS butcher and deli. Head to Pablo Neruda or Frédéric Joliot Curie parks for a picnic.
