This 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Rue Camille Desmoulins in Paris' 11th arrondissement. The living room is spacious and has comfortable furnishings and leads into a small kitchenette equipped with cooking appliances. The bedroom is spacious with a large and comfortable double bed. There is an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
This is a nice and quiet neighbourhood with good public transport links. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets in the area including bakeries and restaurants of many different cuisines.
What we liked the most
- This apartment has a great terrace with a pebbled floor and small pot plants. It also has a small shed with washing machine and dryer.
- The apartment has a gorgeous emerald green front door.
- There is a yoga studio across the road where you could do weekly classes.
- There are nice bars in the area where you could socialise with friends or meet new people.
- The kitchen in this apartment has all the utensils you would need to cook and eat.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no AC in this apartment so a fan or portable unit may be necessary in the warmer summer months.
- There is no parking available with this apartment however there is excellent public transport links to the rest of the city.
