This trendy 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Rue Sainte-Anastase is on the 4th floor. You’ll get a workout since there isn’t an elevator. But it’s a terrific and cozy open-concept space. The kitchen is fully-equipped and has a small dining table. There are two tall windows, a hip decor, and a cool vibe. A unique feature is the double bedroom, which has a glass door and a window overlooking the living area, as well as an open ensuite bathroom.
The 3rd arrondissement is one of the most culturally diverse in the city. Chinatown is nearby, and you’re living in the friendly LGBT community of the Marais. The neighborhood is hopping with trendy cafés and restaurants. There are dance clubs and live music venues nearby, like the Bataclan. And when you want to get away, you can slip into the botanical gardens at Temple Square.
