Apartment that was the home of a famous sailing champion is located between the Vomero district, Centro and Chiaia. It is accessed from the hairpin bends of the panoramic via del Parco Grifeo, where it is also possible to park. The house consists of living room with kitchen and sofa bed and bathroom plus mezzanine with double bed. The house can accommodate up to 4 people and is perfect for those seeking tranquility and at the same time a strategic position for getting around the city. Connections are possible with the Chiaia funicular and the Piazza Amedeo subway a few hundred meters away. However, the use of the machine is recommended

Landlord policies
- Upon confirmation of the booking, the payment of initial and final cleaning up as well as the payment of the deposit equal to one month's rent is required. The security deposit the landlord will give you back at the end of your stay no later than 30 business days from your check-out date
- It is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code (Codice Fiscale) in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Italian Revenue Office (Agenzia delle Entrate)
- The monthly rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement
- Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price
- If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you just need to inform the landlord by giving a notice period of 21 days
- Check-in time: Every day between 3pm to 9pm
- Check-out time: by 11am
