This traditional studio apartment to rent on Via Calabria has a common terrace area. It’s a basement apartment. The bathroom has a shower stall. The L-shaped kitchen is equipped and offers plenty of cupboard storage. The open-plan living area gets some light from a couple of small windows. There is a modern sofa and dining table, twin beds, and a number of classic furniture pieces.
Sesto San Giovanni is close to the Milano Lancetti railway station. This means, you’re only 10 minutes away from downtown. The neighborhood offers a lot, though. You’re close to the Bovisa campus of Politecnico di Milano. There's a gym and supermarket nearby. And there's even a bingo hall down the street!
