This fabulous studio apartment for rent on Via Accademia is on the ground floor. Your new home is entered through a patio. There are a few step before the door. As soon as you walk into this modern space, you might just fall in love. It’s very stylish with a skylight and white walls. It’s furnished with a double bed, two trendy mismatched chairs, a TV, a shelving unit, a large wardrobe, and a 4-seat dining table. The kitchen is to your immediate left. It’s fully equipped and very spacious for a studio apartment. Just beyond the kitchen is the modern bathroom. It also has a skylight. It’s quite roomy and has a large glass shower stall. Don’t worry, there is a washing machine here, too!
You're about to step into your new life in the Loreto neighborhood. Everything you need is within a 10-minute walk: an Asian market, U2 supermarket, pharmacy, post office, hair salons, and banks. When you feel like a cocktail or dining out, there are plenty of lounges and restaurants right outside your door. There is even a gelato shop just 3 minutes away. For entertainment, check out the Leonardo Da Vinci Theater. To stay fit, head to the Zero-Gravity gym. Both are less than 15 minutes from home. And if you’re a student, the Milan Polytechnic university is nearby, too.
What we liked the most
- The studio is a perfect spot with a large kitchen and wonderful decor.
- You have great transportation connections and can get downtown in 20 minutes.
- Milan Polytechnic and Università Degli Studi Di Milano are less than 20 minutes away, too.
- You can jog, stroll, have a picnic, or read in Trotter Park. It’s 15 minutes from home.
