This studio apartment on Via Sannio, in Lodi neighborhood is fully furnished and has a simple but stylish decor. The open plan kitchen is well equipped, and the living area is set up with a double sofa bed to make the best use of the space. The 30 m² property also has heating and A/C, as well as a fully tiled bathroom with shower and bidet.
The apartment is located in Lodi Square, a well-connected area of Milan, 40 km. away from the city centre. It is a predominantly residential area, but has plenty of charm, and there are shops, restaurants, and bars all within easy reach.
What we liked the most
- Lodi is a quiet spot outside the city centre, but the Metro is just a few minutes walk away so getting around is easy.
- The apartment features lovely polished wooden floors, and a simple but stylish decor.
- There is plenty of storage for your belongings, with a large standalone wardrobe.
- The kitchen is compact but well equipped to cook.
- The comfortable living room has a large sofa and opens out onto a standing balcony.
- The apartment makes great use of space with a sofa that folds out into a bed.
Things to keep in mind
- Chairs and a microwave to be added before new tenant moves in.
- Some of the blinds in the apartment will also be replaced.
