The apartment is located on a picturesque tree lined street with cafes with outdoor seating and several shops. The area is very well-connected by public transport, with trams, metro, and buses stopping within a 5-minute walk.

- There is AC and gas heating heating to keep you comfortable throughout the year.
- The living area is nicely furnished including a sofa, TV, and a table with foldable chairs.
