This lovely studio apartment is available to rent near the Politecnico di Milano. The apartment benefits from a fantastic bathroom with a large walk-in shower and plenty of storage. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a delicious Italian meal. The comfortable sofa is a great place to relax after a long day and folds out into a double bed.
On the border between Dergano and Bovisa, your apartment is just a hop away from both Bovisa campuses of the Polytechnic University of Milan. If you’re a Design or Architecture student, this is excellent news: not only are you located just 5 minutes from campus Durando, but the formerly industrial area around you has recently started to become a veritable hub for artists and designers. Maybe you’ll want to check out the music school right across the street and learn a new instrument. Within a 5-minute walk from your new home, you’ll find wonderful little parks, restaurants, supermarkets, specialty and used book stores... you name it.
