From the large walk-in shower in the bathroom to the sleek design of the kitchen, everything has been finished to the highest standards. The main living area features a comfortable couch that folds out into a double bed. Curl up and watch your favorite series on the TV after a long day at work or school.
On the border between Dergano and Bovisa, your apartment is just a hop away from both Bovisa campuses of the Polytechnic University of Milan. If you’re a Design or Architecture student, this is excellent news: not only are you located just 5 minutes from campus Durando, but the formerly industrial area around you has recently started to become a veritable hub for artists and designers. Maybe you’ll want to check out the music school right across the street and learn a new instrument. Within a 5-minute walk from your new home, you’ll find wonderful little parks, restaurants, supermarkets, specialty and used book stores... you name it.
