Cute and stylish studio apartment is available in a very peaceful neighbourhood which is just 11 minutes from Milan Polytechnic's Bovisa campus. The apartment is very light and very quiet! The living room has a double sofa bed, TV and plenty of cupboard space. Large double windows lead out to the balcony overlooking the street. The corner kitchen has a gas hob and microwave while the separate bathroom is where you'll find the washing machine. All rooms have windows to let in plenty of natural light.
The studio is in a pretty residential neighbourhood with little parks and piazzas. As well as being very handy for the polytechnic, there's also good public transport links to take you to the city centre in 17 minutes. A 1-minute walk along Via Giuseppe Tartini will take you to the Simply Market grocery store. In this street, you'll also find the bus stop and various cafes and shops.

- The little balcony and patio doors let in a lot of light.
