This modern studio apartment is available to rent on Via Nicola Antonio Porpora in the Loreto district. The apartment is newly renovated, and finished to a high standard. It is an attractive space, from the exposed wood-beams in the ceiling , to the mosaic tiling in the bathroom. With a fully equipped kitchen, and a double bed that folds away to become a sofa, this will make a comfortable home for anybody as soon as they move in.
The studio is located only a short walk from several bus stops as well as Milano Lambrate train station. Additionally, the apartment is located 15-minute walk from the Politecnico di Milano, and a public pool. The local area is full of useful shops, from grocery stores, to hair salons, and also has lots of cafes and bars.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen has an oven, which is a real luxury in a studio.
- Your bed folds away into a sofa, to save space during the day.
- For aficionados of the art of hops; there is an excellent craft beer pub just around the corner – Birrificio Lambrate Adelchi.
- Città Studi, and Politecnico di Milano, are just a short walk away.
