Located on the 2nd floor of a a building in Viale Monza, this 33 m² studio apartment has slanted ceilings, wooden beams, and a skylight window. The studio has been recently renovated providing new and stylish decor and amenities. The kitchen corner is fully equipped and is separated from the bedroom area by a practical breakfast bar. The studio has a double bed, desk, and a standalone wardrobe.
The apartment is in the Cimiano area of the Viale Monza district, which is residential but well-connected to 2 metro stops by bus. The area is quiet and surrounded my several parks, as well as all your basic amenities. Just a few minutes away you can find several grocery stores, banks, shops, and delicious restaurants.
What we liked the most
- A 4-burner gas stove and oven is a rare find for a studio.
- We love the breakfast bar!
- There is a spacious built-in storage space.
- You have great connections by bus and metro.
- There is a Carrefour Express right around the corner – perfect for last minute purchases.
