A gorgeous studio apartment is available to rent nearby the city center in Guastalla, Milan. The property is stylish, and it has been recently renovated. In the living room, you'll find a sizable sofa-bed and a TV, as well as a lofted bed area. The kitchen is large for a studio and has everything you might need, including an oven, an electric stove, a fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher. The bathroom is sizable, and it has a unique style. In a storage area, you will find both the washing machine and the dryer.
Guastalla is one of the most central neighborhoods in Milan. Full of restaurants, bars, cafes, monuments, and more, residents of Guastalla have plenty to see and do!

- The lofted bedroom gives the impression of having more space in the studio.
- The living room has a sofa-bed.
- There is a TV in the apartment.
- The kitchen is fully equipped.
- There is a washing machine and a dryer on the property. Convenient!
Things to keep in mind

- Though there may be a coffee machine in some pictures of the apartment, there is not one currently there. Sorry!
