This 40 m² studio on Viale Antonio Gramsci is recently renovated and beautifully decorated. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a male, and there is plenty of space to invite your friends and loved ones for a get-together. The property has a couch which turns into a double bed, and a sizable balcony with a courtyard view.
Located in the diverse area of Sesto San Giovanno, your neighbourhood has a lot of open spaces and you have plenty of planted trees outside your door. You are less than a 5-minute walk from Parco Gramsci and you have a supermarket close by. With the metro just a few minutes away you can easily and quickly connect with the rest of Milan.
