This sun-filled and cozy apartment available to rent is not your typical studio. With an area of 50 m², the apartment has an open-layout, big windows, and opens up onto a private patio providing a spacious and fresh atmosphere. The bedroom corner has 2 single beds and a desk, while on the other side of a large shelving unit you have a dining table, couch, and equipped kitchen.
The studio is located in the residential Giambellino/Lorenteggio districts. If convenience is what you want, then that is what you will have! Across the street you have a Carrefour supermarket, post office, and bank. Although a bit outside of the city center, you have a line 1 metro a 10-minute walk away that will take you directly there in about 30 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The private patio is the perfect place to relax or entertain guests!
- The kitchen has a small bar giving you extra cooking and storage space!
- There is plenty of storage space in the bedroom and a large shelving unit.
- You have Via Giambellino and Via Lorenteggio nearby, where you can find plenty of shops, restaurants, and gelato shops.
