Spotahome's opinion
You'll love this studio apartment near Parco Sempione. For a start, it's a massive 75 m². It also has 3 double French doors that flood the living area with light. (There is also a tiny balcony.) The floor is polished laminate. You have a sofa and armchair, a flat-screen TV, and a bookshelf with books. The bedroom area has a wooden desk and a double bed. The kitchen is awesomely orange, and it has a wooden dinner table that sits 6. Everything here is new. Every single feature has been hand-picked to fit. It's very stylish, very Italian.
The apartment is just in front of Parco Sempione, a huge park close to central Milan. When living here, you will always have a place to chill outside in summer. It has an Aquarium, a fountain, and a castle! Who doesn't love a romantic, 15th-century romance-movement castle with its own plaza and museum?
What we liked the most
- Relaxing in a space that's been designed with love.
- Appreciating the small details. Like the orange-and-red colour-coded recycling bins, cushions, tiles, and coffee maker ...
- ... and the blackboard for your notes, the pull-out shaving mirror, and the window in the bathroom that's also a mirror.
- Feeling confident in the acres of storage space available. Easy to keep tidy, too.
- The location, opposite Parco Sempione, is unbeatable.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no separate shower. But there is a bath and shower in one.
- When we visited the apartment, there were exterior renovations taking place.
