Spotahome's opinion
This spacious studio apartment on Via Giancarlo Sismondi measures 30 m², and is attractive and well equipped. It has a mezzanine double bed, with a big sofa underneath. There is lots of storage in the apartment, with modern, simple furnishings and artwork on the walls. There is a full kitchen too, including an oven (which can be hard to find in a studio), and the apartment has 2 balconies.
The area around the apartment is mostly residential, but you'll be just a few minutes from the busy Viale Corsica, where you will find plenty of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and other day-to-day essentials. In the other direction, you can find more shops, plus a lot of bars and restaurants as you are near Politecnico di Milano, which is about a 15-20 minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- With 2 balconies and a rack in the bathroom, you have plenty of space to dry your clothes, without cluttering the apartment.
- Your day will be brightened by the colourful artwork on the walls.
- There are lots of clever little space-saving ideas in the apartment, with a fold out dining table, a raised bed, and drawers in the steps up to the bed.
- There are good transport connections nearby both to the centre of the city, and to nearby towns and villages.
