A studio apartment with AC is available to rent in Viale Monza / Pasteur, just next to Milan's Parco Trotter. The interior measures 16 m², and is therefore compact yet comfortable, with space-saving furniture including sliding doors and a lofted bed. The apartment has a living area which is under the bed, and a partially equipped kitchen which has a microwave instead of an oven.
You will be living on Via Pietro Crespi in Viale Monza / Pasteur; a tranquil neighbourhood which is home to everything you might need for a comfortable stay. You will be living just a few minutes from Parco Trotter, which is the perfect place to go for a job, read a book, or tuck into a picnic in the sunshine.

- Central AC is installed - an essential for summer!
- The property gets lots of natural light as it is on the 5th floor.
