A 30 m², studio apartment is available to rent in Giambellino in Milan. The apartment is decorated in a modern style and everything feels very clean and new. There is a fully-equipped kitchen that has both an oven and a coffee maker and there is also plenty of storage space so you will have no problems keeping your home neat and tidy.
Giambellino is a popular area located to the south-west of Milan. It has all of the necessary amenities and good public transport connection to the rest of the city. There is a supermarket only 7 minutes from the property, ideal for last-minute purchases. There is also a pharmacy in the area as well as a McDonald's for when you do not feel like cooking.
What we liked the most
- The apartment feels very new and modern, decorated in a stylish and contemporary style.
- There is an oven as well a stove, a bonus not often found in studio properties.
- There is a fan available so there will be plenty of ventilation during the summer months.
- This area is ideal for those who want to escape the chaotic city centre but still remain well-connected.
