A 24 m² studio apartment for rent near the center of Milan, 15 minutes' walk from the Porta Romana station. This compact studio has a small kitchen corner and a spacious living and sleeping area, from where you can access a street-facing balcony. The bathroom comes with a washing machine and bathtub, and you will be provided with an AC unit to keep cool during the summer months.
The neighborhood of the flat, Umbria-Molise, is a central and well-connected area popular with young professionals and families. The apartment is a few minutes' walk to Corso Lodi, a major commercial street, and the Politecnico di Milano is a 20 minute bus ride away.
What we liked the most
- Though a compact studio, you will have a bathtub and washing machine.
- The compact kitchen has a two-element gas stove and an electric toaster oven.
- We love the colors of the apartment: the pink tiles and blue-grey walls contrast nicely with the dark floors.
- There is an exterior balcony with street views, perfect for having a quick morning coffee.
