This cosy 18 m² studio apartment for rent is located on Via Matteo Civitali in the neighbourhood of San Siro. The apartment is very affordable and well equipped with a sofa bed, washing machine, small fridge, wardrobe, central heating, air conditioning, and a small balcony. All bills are included in the rental price and wifi is installed and activated.
San Siro is a residential neighbourhood and home to the Guiseppe Meazza football stadium, which belongs to A.C. Milan and Inter Milan. The neighbourhood is quiet but you will find supermarkets and other shops within easy walking distance, as well as metro stations and bus stops to take you into the centre of Milan.
What we liked the most
- Central heating and air conditioning are a feature of the studio and will keep you at the right temperature all year round.
- There is a pleasant little balcony overlooking the streets below.
- You will find a small desk with two chairs located next to the bed for eating or studying.
- Football fans will be in easy reach of AC Milan's home stadium.

- This studio is very small but makes good use of the limited space.
- There is no oven or microwave in the kitchen.
- Though not pictured, the property comes with a refrigerator.
